Because every item is custom-made with love and crafted just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
However, your happiness matters deeply to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
We’ll do everything we can to make it right, whether that means a replacement or a partial refund.

• Personalized items cannot be resold, so we do not offer refunds for errors in submitted text or design choices. Always double-check your order before confirming.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method.
