All items are custom-made with care and crafted to your specifications. Please double-check your order details before confirming. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or errors in submitted text.

Each item is handmade and may take 3–7 business days to produce before shipping. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
3. Shipping
We ship via trusted carriers. Delivery times vary by location and season. Be_A Wish is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement or partial refund.

All designs, content, and branding are the property of Be_A Wish. You may not reproduce or resell our products or designs without written permission.
